Introduction
Desulfurization gypsum has high purity, large free water, fine particle size, and contains impurities such as unreacted calcium carbonate. The desulfurization (FGD) gypsum drying equipment independently developed by our company has smooth process, high efficiency, small footprint, energy conservation and environmental protection, and stable quality. The gypsum dryer adopts three-layer drum drying technology, which saves one-third of energy compared to traditional dryer and reduces production costs.
Advantages
1. Strong overload resistance, large processing capacity, low fuel consumption, high thermal efficiency, and low drying cost.
2. The operating parameters can be changed according to different material properties, making the material form a stable curtain in the dryer cylinder, allowing for more sufficient mass and heat exchange.
3. Adopt a “self aligning roller device”, which makes the supporting wheel and the rolling ring in linear contact, thereby reducing accessory wear and power loss.
System
The raw material enters the inner layer of the drum from the feeding device. The desulfurized gypsum is continuously picked up and scattered under the lifting board of the inner layer and travels in a spiral manner to realize heat exchange. The material moves to the other end of the inner layer and then enters the middle layer. The material travels to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The material travels in a rectangular multi-circuit manner in the outer layer drum. The material that has achieved the drying effect is quickly moved out of the drum under the action of hot air. Wet materials that do not achieve the drying effect cannot move quickly due to their own weight. They are fully dried in the lifting board to achieve the drying effect and complete the drying process.
